Where does our wine come from?
We import directly from the winemakers in Burgundy. From their cellars, JF Hillebrand handles shipment in premium, refrigerated containers all the way to our temperature and humidity controlled, licensed and bonded storage facility.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We keep shipping costs low but we do want to make sure your wine arrives safely and quickly. You will be able to see your shipping costs when you enter in your location on the cart or checkout page.
How long will delivery take?
We like to ship orders out early in the week and will coordinate with you by email on your preferred delivery date since an adult signature will be required. We will monitor the weather conditions to ensure it is a safe time to ship wine. Please contact Jason at (858) 353-5055 for rush or special shipping requests. 
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an order confirmation with order number by email. Of course, you can call us to check on the status of your order.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, we will provide a printed invoice with your shipment and can email this to you upon request.
